Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • All returns are issued as store credit only — no cash or card refunds.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale items
  • Accessories
  • Undergarments
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

Email us at rgvgritandgrace@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions from there.
